Megan Partridge is the Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer of HVN, a leading platform for private home and villa rentals, on a mission to help everyone find their haven and feel at home in the world. At HVN, Megan leads the company’s strategic product vision and oversees the design and development of its award-winning platform, which connects the global ecosystem of professional property managers, travel planners, and experience providers to deliver one-of-a-kind stays worldwide. Megan recently spearheaded the creation of the Haven Collection, HVN’s curated portfolio of professionally serviced luxury residences, developed in collaboration with leading travel trade consortia. Under her leadership, HVN has been recognized as a 3x Inc. 5000 Honoree, a winner of the Travel Weekly Magellan Gold Award for Best Overall Online Booking Interface, and a Skift nominee for Industry Innovator in Short Term Rentals defining the future of travel.

Passionate about building platforms that foster cross-cultural connection and drive local impact on a global scale, throughout her career Megan has worked at the intersection of design, technology, and international development. Her work has enabled her to live around the world, from the mountains of Peru to the desert villages of Rajasthan – sparking her fascination with the transformative potential of travel and the expansive idea of home.

Megan holds a B.S.E. in Civil & Environmental Engineering from Princeton University, where she was a Keller Center Fellow in Innovation, Design, and Entrepreneurship.
