Ms. Jihong He serves as Chief Strategy Officer of H World Group and Executive Chair of H World International, overseeing the group’s global strategic initiatives and international business development. She joined H World Group in October 2021 and plays a key role in shaping the company's international growth strategy and asset-light business model.

Prior to joining H World, Ms. He was Chief Corporate Strategy Officer and CEO of the Data Center business at CapitaLand (SGX: C31), one of Asia’s largest diversified real estate groups. Before CapitaLand, she held several senior leadership roles at Temasek, a global investment company headquartered in Singapore, including Managing Director at Temasek International and Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Investment Officer of Ascendas-Singbridge, a Temasek portfolio company.

Earlier in her career, Ms. He was a Principal at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, where she was part of the Asia Leadership Team. She also held operational and commercial roles in Germany at Fraport AG and BASF SE.

Ms. He holds an MBA from the University of British Columbia in Canada.
