Hazel McGuire is Chief Marketing Officer at Intrepid Travel, the world’s largest adventure travel company, where she is responsible for leading the company’s global marketing and growth strategy and its ambition to become a global iconic brand.

Her remit includes Brand, Marketing, PR and Communications, Customer and Experiences. Based in London, Hazel has extensive senior experience in marketing, commercial and general management roles and joined Intrepid in 2022 as General Manager UK and Ireland. She blends 20+ years of commercial experience with a purpose-led approach, which reflects Intrepid’s aim to balance purpose and profit.

Hazel is a Board Member for Travel by B Corp, which aims to help UK consumers to travel better by choosing B Corp-certified travel products. Hazel’s favourite Intrepid trip is Sri Lanka Family Holiday, which explores ancient forts, colourful culture and engaging wildlife.
