With more than 25 years of experience in the technology industry, David has been at the forefront of digital innovation, most recently in leveraging generative AI and machine learning to reimagine business capabilities. As Executive Vice President, Global Operations and Chief Technology Officer at
Western Union, he was instrumental in developing next-generation money transfer and payment technologies, integrating advanced AI-driven solutions to enhance customer experience and improve operational efficiency.

Prior to Western Union, David served as Group President, Services and Support and Global CIO of Symantec Corporation, where he led transformative technology initiatives. During his six-year tenure, he developed expert solutions in information security, technology infrastructure, and digital support
systems. His strategic leadership extended to roles as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Oracle Corp. and Vice President of Services and Chief Information Officer at PeopleSoft, Inc.
